Accountant

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles to help manage our financial operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial data.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years accounting experience
Construction or real-estate experience preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
