Position Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. The Assistant Project Manager (APM) is the first step in our construction project management career path. The APM will support the day-to-day operations of all current projects and will be entrusted with a high-level of responsibility and ownership, including project planning, direction, completion, and financial outcome. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the management of mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion.
Support project planning and scheduling activities.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Help with budget management and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in mechanical project management or construction management.
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project management methodologies.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Procore, Bluebeam, Timberline, and TimberScan is a plus.
Familiarity with mechanical systems and construction techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
