Associate Attorney

Position Overview
The Associate Attorney will assist in a variety of legal matters, primarily focusing on real estate litigation. This role aims to support senior attorneys in case preparation, legal research, and client interactions, ensuring a high standard of legal service is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions and litigation.
Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Participate in trial preparation, including drafting pleadings and discovery documents.
Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations as needed under the supervision of senior attorneys.
Maintain organized case files and manage timelines for case-related activities.
Engage with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.

Qualifications

Jurist Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Experience in real estate law and litigation.
Strong research and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have: Knowledge of Employment Law and Labor and Employment (L&E)
