Salary: $130k-$160k DOE + Performance Bonuses

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to lead audit engagements for our diverse client base. This role involves managing all phases of the audit process, mentoring staff, and providing strategic insights to our clients in the private investment sector. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge industries and contribute to our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and timely communication.
Provide technical guidance on complex accounting issues, including SEC filings, GAAP compliance, and industry-specific regulations.
Mentor and develop audit staff and senior associates, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financial instruments.

Qualifications:

CPA license required.
7+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audits.
Strong background in financial services, hedge funds, private equity, or related sectors.
Expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, and auditing standards.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
