Civil Engineering Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, civil engineering, and design, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee the design and engineering work, ensuring adherence to civil design principles and practices.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for project design and drafting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project staff.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong understanding of civil design principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
