Requirements:
1.) 7+ years of accounting and financial experience.

4.) Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
5.) Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

7.) Strong analytical skills with a focus on variance analysis and financial reporting.
8.) Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and develop a team.
9.) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting records, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role will play a critical part in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning to support the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax planning and filings.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for efficient financial management and reporting.
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing relevant financial insights and data.
