Job Title: Lead Estimator - Commercial Construction
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Salary: $100k- $140k + dependent on experience
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience as an estimator in ground-up construction

We are a general contracting firm in Virginia Beach, VA specializing in medical, commercial, and retail construction. We are looking for a Lead Estimator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of ground-up and TI commercial construction projects, including but not limited to banks, religious facilities, schools, and small healthcare facilities with project values up to 15MM. They will work with members of the estimating, preconstruction, and project management teams to deliver bids, takeoffs, RFIs, and more in a timely fashion. The ideal estimator will have experience with bid-walks, client communication, project budgeting, and a strong background in estimating based off concept drawings/blueprints.
