Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced estimator who will be in charge of producing precise and thorough cost estimates for a range of building projects. Your proficiency in deciphering designs, estimating labor and material costs, and creating thorough budgets will be essential to the accomplishment of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Examine building blueprints, specifications, and drawings to determine all the supplies, labor, and machinery needed for the project.
To get precise prices for labor, materials, and subcontractor services, do extensive research.
Create thorough cost estimates for every facet of the building project, including line-item breakdowns.
Work together with architects, project managers, and other interested parties to finalize and improve cost estimates.
Determine possible areas for cost reduction and offer suggestions to raise project profitability.
To improve the precision of upcoming projections, keep an extensive database of past cost information and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Outstanding abilities in client service
Self-starter who can achieve deadlines by working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal, written, and email communication abilities
Experience reading and analyzing blueprints, plans, and specifications is required.
Organized, meticulous, and constantly striving for precision and excellence
Proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Project, and Outlook; familiarity with Procore is advantageous
At least three references relevant to the position must be provided.
