Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage complex family law cases
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, financial disclosures, mediation and trial briefs
Handle discovery, including drafting motions and managing responses
Prepare and defend depositions, including crafting deposition outlines and exhibits
Develop questions for witnesses during hearings and trials
Conduct thorough legal research and draft memorandums
Maintain consistent client communication throughout the case lifecycle
Manage cases from start to finish with a focus on high-quality outcomes
Track billable hours efficiently to meet firm standards

Qualifications:

Active member in good standing with the Florida bar
3+years of experience in family law, with expertise in handling complex cases
Strong analytical, communication, and legal writing skills
Detail-oriented, motivated, and team-focused professional
