Title: Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Manufacturing
Location: Janesville, Wi
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Relocation

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 1am (any additional time is straight pay OT)

We specialize in the manufacturing of dry freight, custom cargo, refrigerated truck & platform van bodies with 14 manufacturing facilities across the US. For this Production Supervisor (2nd shift) you will supervise hourly personnel and manage the daily manufacturing operations for the facility.

What You Will Be Doing

Plans & control work group to meet production schedules
Maintains safe working conditions, practices & good housekeeping in area
Implement methods to improve productivity, reduce costs & improve quality
Understand all policies & procedures to ensure compliance by all employees
Understands bottlenecks that limit production & take necessary corrective action
Ensures flow of materials to meet production needs
Ensures proper equipment & tools for workforce to complete tasks

What You Need for this Position

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR equivalent related experience is suitable
3+ years as a Production Supervisor in the industrial manufacturing space
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles a plus
Ability to be a strong leader with the right level of coaching & mentorship
Any welding exposure (i.e. ability to spot a good/bad weld on production floor) is helpful
Experience in schematics, blue print reading & AutoCAD introduction
Ability to lead multi-functional projects
