Position Overview:
We are looking to add a Project Engineer to our team! The Project Engineer will oversee and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all specifications and regulations are met. This role is crucial in coordinating various aspects of land and site development, emphasizing grading, drainage, and mixed-use residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate engineering projects in land and site development.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and calculations.
- Conduct site evaluations and assessments for grading and drainage requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to land development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project engineering, specifically in land development and site development.
- Strong knowledge of grading and drainage design principles.
- Experience with mixed-use and residential projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
