Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including toxic torts, asbestos, product liability, premise liability, real estate, and insurance coverage. This position requires a proactive approach to legal challenges and the ability to provide sound legal advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and pleadings
Conduct legal research and analysis
Provide legal advice on various matters related to toxic tort, asbestos, product liability, and premise liability
Assist in real estate transactions and insurance coverage issues
Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
Manage case files and documentation efficiently

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum 3 years of experience in toxic tort, asbestos, and product liability law
Strong knowledge of premise liability, real estate law, and insurance coverage
Excellent analytical and research skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to handle multiple cases and priorities simultaneously
