Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis, developing financial models, and delivering insights that drive business performance. The role requires expertise in financial analysis and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct complex financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain financial models and projections to guide business planning and investment decisions.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
Utilize financial software tools like NetSuite and Adaptive to streamline reporting and analysis processes.
Analyze large data sets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improved financial outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficient in financial analysis tools and software, particularly Adaptive and NetSuite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and perform ad hoc analysis.
Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
