Senior Project Manager
Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will oversee and lead complex construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and vendors.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
- Utilize project management software and tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing water and waste water treatment facility projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with construction management software and project control systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications.
- Ability to travel as required for project needs.
