Senior Project Manager
Position Overview
We are premier Multifamily development firm in Boca Raton that has generated over 7,000 units in our first 12 years. We are seeking a skilled Lead Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in mid rise multi-family construction in Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to stay on track and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing mid-rise, townhome, and multi-family garden-style projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Construction or related field is a plus
