Tax Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Manager to lead our tax department and provide expert tax advice to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance and planning for various entities, including S-Corps, C-Corps, and partnerships, while ensuring the highest level of service for high net worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the preparation of federal and state tax returns for S-Corps, C-Corps, and partnerships.
Conduct reviews of tax compliance and planning engagements to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients, focusing on minimizing liabilities and optimizing tax positions.
Work closely with clients to gather necessary financial information and answer tax-related inquiries.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide clients with timely and relevant advice.
Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations for S-Corps, C-Corps, and partnerships.
Experience working with high net worth individuals and complex tax situations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
