The Role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax engagements, oversee compliance and consulting projects, and provide expert guidance to clients. This role offers significant opportunities for leadership and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and review of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize compliance.
Lead tax planning initiatives and advise clients on complex issues.
Mentor and manage junior staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and industry developments.

Qualifications

CPA license required; Master's in Taxation preferred.
6+ years of tax experience in public accounting.
Strong technical proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, QuickBooks).
Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
