Job Title: Tax Senior
Location: Tri-Cities, WA- potentially open to remote
Salary: $100k-$160k DOE + bonuses, PTO, comprehensive benefits and 401k
Requirements: 4+ years of Public Tax and Accounting Experience. CPA is a big plus but not required.
Based in Eastern Washington, we are a leading accounting firm that specializes in strategic tax preparation for both individuals and businesses.Beyond tax preparation, we offer a comprehensive suite of accounting services, including bookkeeping, payroll, business consulting, and financial statement preparation. Our expertise spans various market segments, from agriculture to healthcare.
Given recent organic growth, we are looking to add to our team and open to hiring at the Senior Tax Associate level. We would prefer candidates that are Tri-Cities area, but are open to hiring remotely throughout Washington State or Idaho for the right candidate(s).

As a Tax Senior, you will play a crucial role in our tax department, working closely with clients and team members to provide comprehensive tax services. Your responsibilities will include:

Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
Conduct tax research and stay updated on current tax laws and regulations.
Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to minimize client tax liabilities.
