Job Title: Senior Traveling Superintendent
Job Location: Traveling
Salary: $110k-$160k
- Coordinate and manage daily field operational activities, timelines and manage safety.
- Participate in monitoring and updating project schedule.
- Reviewing drawings for accuracy of work installed.
- Reviewing Exhibit B's and work performed by subs is accurate.
- Record and maintain information such as personnel, production, project logs, and other operational data.
- Performing quality control.
- Managing job site equipment rental.
- 15 years of construction experience
- Well rounded project experience across any of the following: tilt wall, institutional, commercial and/or medical buildings
- The ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Excellent management and supervision skills
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices
