Title: Senior Trial Attorney, Personal Injury (Plaintiff)
Location: On-Site in Burbank, CA
Salary: $200k-300k + Aggressive Bonus, Flexible PTO, Comprehensive Insurance, 401k w/ Match,/Profit Sharing and a Laid Back Environment!
Requirements: Must have experience as First or Second Chair on at least 3 Personal Injury Cases (Regardless of case size. We need someone that has seen Personal Injury cases through, start to finish!)

Due to our consistent growth and caseload, we are seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our litigation team. We are looking for highly motivated trial attorney to take on heavy load of trials coming up, as well as provide supervision to our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.

What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years of Litigation Experience. Ideally at least 3 years of Personal Injury Law
- Experience as First or Second Chair on Personal Injury Cases (Ideally at least 3 cases, but flexible based on overall background)
- Comprehensive Understanding of Jury Trials, and the end-to-end legal process for Personal Injury Cases
- Experience negotiating and drafting settlements
- Settlement/dispositive proceedings Mediations, arbitrations, etc.
What You Will Be Doing
- Day-to-day handling of cases from filing of the complaint to trial.
- Provide guidance and lead the litigation team.
- Taking depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Reviewing drafted documents from staff and associates.
- Trial preparation and strategy.
- Prepare and strategize Motions in Limine and associated trial documents.
- Settlement negotiations.
