Job Location: Fort Meade, MD

Job Salary: $125-160k (Potential for higher base salary depending on experience and clearance)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Antenna Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and development of advanced antenna systems for various applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and innovative RF solutions that meet the needs of our clients, particularly within the Department of Defense.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop antenna systems for military applications
Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize antenna performance
Collaborate with RF design engineers to integrate antennas into larger systems
Prepare technical documentation and presentations for stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in antenna design and RF engineering
Support testing and validation of antenna prototypes
Ensure compliance with industry standards and DoD requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in antenna design and RF systems
Proficiency in antenna theory and design principles
Hands-on experience with COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) components
Strong understanding of RF design and testing methods
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork skills
