Architectural Project Manager

Position Overview
The Architectural Project Manager will oversee and manage medical architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project schedules, and leading a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from initial concept through design, documentation, and construction administration
• Manage client relations to understand project requirements and expectations
• Prepare and oversee construction documentation and ensure compliance with building codes
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions
• Conduct site analysis and coordinate sustainable design practices
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met on schedule
• Administer contracts and manage vendor relationships
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for design development and documentation
• Facilitate presentations for clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and proposals
• Mentor and lead junior staff in architectural practices and project management techniques

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• 5+ years of experience in medical architectural project management
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software
• Experience with medical facility design is a plus
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Experience in sustainable design practices
• Excellent client relations and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in budget and schedule management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Familiarity with OSHPD regulations is preferred
