Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and have a strong background in Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, or Family Law/Divorce. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for justice, and a commitment to delivering outstanding legal representation.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including personal injury and family law matters
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court
Provide bilingual legal services in Spanish and English
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, or Family Law/Divorce
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
