Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. You will work closely with experienced trial and appellate lawyers, gaining valuable on-the-job training. You will be involved in all stages of litigation, from case preparation to courtroom advocacy, and handle more than 30 trials, arbitrations, and appeals per year nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
-Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
-Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-profile cases.
-Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.
-Attend client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
-Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
Qualifications:
-JD from an accredited law school.
-Active bar membership in Colorado or eligibility to waive into Colorado Bar.
-5+ years of experience in defense commercial litigation (or equivalent).
-Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Experience in class actions, antitrust, or healthcare professional liability is a plus!
