Position Overview
The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage residential construction projects/communities from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring project schedules are met.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, fostering a culture of safety on site.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates and address any concerns.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports on progress, delays, and costs.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality of work and adherence to plans.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in residential home building.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods, particularly in single-family residential projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to effectively manage teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
In-depth understanding of safety regulations and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
