Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing insights to support business decisions. This role requires proficiency in Epicor and a strong understanding of financial principles to enhance our financial planning and analysis processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights
Perform variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Support audits and provide necessary documentation
Utilize Epicor and other ERP systems for data management and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proficiency in Epicor is required
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
Experience in reporting and financial modeling
Familiarity with SQL and advanced Excel functions
Ability to work with business intelligence tools
Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
