Salary: $70k - $85k

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing various tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing excellent client service. This role requires strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of tax preparation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual and business tax returns accurately and timely.
• Review tax returns prepared by junior staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize their tax situations.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and address their tax-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and review.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• CPA eligible candidates are preferred.
