You won't just maintain reports-you'll build smarter, more dynamic financial systems and processes that position us ahead of the curve.

What You'll Do:

Be a Strategic Advisor: Provide leadership with detailed financial reports, trend analyses, and forecasts that influence key business decisions.
Own the Numbers: Prepare, analyze, and interpret revenue, expenses, and profitability across departments, products, and customer types.
Spot Opportunities: Identify areas for growth, cost savings, and efficiency improvements by analyzing financial data and business performance.
Streamline Financial Systems: Lead initiatives to enhance our financial technology systems, ensuring processes are scalable, accurate, and efficient.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Support and implement FP&A process improvements across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Partner with Leaders: Deliver meaningful insights to senior leadership, contributing to the company's strategic vision.
Strengthen Controls: Support monthly close, tax returns, and audit processes while evaluating and improving accounting systems.
Deep Dive Analysis: Utilize advanced tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel to deliver clear, actionable dashboards and reports.

What We're Looking For:

A sharp, analytical mind with a strong foundation in financial principles and best practices.
2+ years of financial or analytical experience-you're comfortable interpreting complex data and offering clear solutions.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial technology systems.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is a big plus.
Strong communication skills-you can translate financial insights into real-world business strategies.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, ready to take ownership and drive projects forward.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
