We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-growing commercial GC construction team. Since 2019, we have expanded our business to one of the largest commercial general contractors in Utah! We have several projects lined up in the next few years and need someone that shares our idea that planning and communication are key in making sure our projects get done on time and within budget.

As a General Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the other superintendents and providing guidance and support throughout project completion. This includes overseeing the progress of the projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and resolving any issues that arise during the process. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including the client, the contractors, and any other parties involved. You will spend 50% of your time on sites and 50% in office communicating with executives on the progress of projects.
- 3+ years as a Senior Superintendent
- Experience in Commercial Construction
- Experience in medical or government projects is a huge plus
- Salary: $120k-$140K + Bonuses
