Position Overview
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and conducting repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
Conduct repairs on various types of machinery
Assist in the installation of new equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
Collaborate with other team members to improve machinery performance
Utilize measurement instrumentation to ensure machinery meets operational standards
Weld, cut, and fabricate components as necessary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or similar role
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance practices
Familiarity with welding, cutting, and fabrication techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Proficient in using measurement instrumentation
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and safety practices

Benefits

Potential Annual Income: $100,000-$120,000

Potential Annual Income is calculated based on an annualized hourly rate which includes shift differential, overtime, and annual bonus. Actual annual income may vary.

Starting hourly pay is dependent on experience
