Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, providing expert legal counsel, and representing clients in various insurance defense matters. You will work closely with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a variety of insurance defense cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients on complex insurance defense issues.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense.
Must have experience with Trucking Cases
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
