International Tax - All Levels - CPA Firm

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our International Tax team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international tax principles and will be responsible for providing tax advice and solutions for our multinational clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex international tax issues and contribute to tax planning and compliance for cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise on international tax matters and compliance issues for multinational clients.
Assist in tax planning and structuring for cross-border transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Conduct thorough tax research to support the development of tax strategies and solutions.
Develop and maintain knowledge of international tax laws and regulations affecting clients' businesses.
Support clients in transfer pricing documentation and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and address any tax risks.
Prepare and review tax filings and documentation related to international tax matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Masters degree or CPA preferred.
Experience in international taxation, corporate tax, or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Proficiency in tax research and tax planning strategies.
Knowledge of transfer pricing and risk management concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
