This role would be on-site in our HQ based in Austin, TX (very close to Wells Branch, just outside of Pflugerville)

Responsibilities:

The Network/System Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems and network infrastructure.
This role involves deploying new technologies, enhancing network systems, documenting configurations, troubleshooting issues, providing resolutions, and developing helpdesk procedures to ensure smooth operations.
You will support the design, implementation, and management of the Data Center, including network equipment, firewalls, servers, and Active Directory.
In addition, this position provides technical support to both onsite and remote users and assists with network security and enforcing acceptable use policies.

Required:

2+ years of IT/Network + System Administrator experience
Proficiency with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
Experience in Active Directory administration, including managing user and computer accounts, OUs, GPOs, and permissions
Familiarity with Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 workstations
Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs
Ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN routing and connectivity issues
Experience with remote administration tools and concepts
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
Hands-on experience with documentation and version control
