Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and premises liability.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Represent clients in depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve optimal client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in personal injury law.
- Strong ability to manage a caseload independently, from inception to resolution.
- Experience in settlement negotiations, court appearances, and depositions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
