We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team in New York. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, providing a great work-life balance while being part of a dynamic, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and premises liability.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Represent clients in depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong ability to manage a caseload independently, from inception to resolution.
  • Experience in settlement negotiations, court appearances, and depositions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
