Personal Injury Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will represent clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others, providing legal counsel and advocacy throughout the litigation process. Your primary objective will be to ensure that clients receive fair compensation for their injuries and losses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation to resolution
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case arguments
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
  • Manage case files and maintain communication with clients regarding case status
  • Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for trial
  • Develop and implement effective trial strategies
  • Attend court hearings and represent clients in front of judges and juries
  • Advocate for clients' rights and interests throughout the legal process
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant state
  • Proven experience as a personal injury attorney or in a similar role
  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent case management and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with medical malpractice cases is a plus
  • Knowledge of court procedures and legal writing
  • Strong advocacy skills and a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
