Account Manager - Commercial Landscape

Location - Middleboro, MA, US

Pay - 85k-105k

We are a large and growing Landscape construction and maintenance company in the Boston region, as we grow we are looking to bring on an additional Account Manager.

Position Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the landscaping and commercial sectors, as well as the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries and issues promptly.
Develop account strategies to drive growth and increase client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and performance reports to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, preferably in the landscaping or commercial industry.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
