Project Manager - Mechanical Insulation

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Mechanical Insulation to oversee and manage insulation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of mechanical insulation projects
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards
Collaborate with contractors, clients, and team members to ensure project goals are met
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and progress
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
Manage contracts and negotiations with subcontractors

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical insulation or related industry
Strong knowledge of insulation materials and methods
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
