Roofing Installer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Roofing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial roofing projects, with a strong focus on waterproofing and low slope roofing systems. The Roofing Installer will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, durability, and quality of roofing installations for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities

Install roofing systems on commercial and industrial buildings according to specifications and safety standards.
Perform inspections and assessments of existing roofs to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Work with various roofing materials, including low slope and sheet metal roofing, to deliver high-quality installations.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local government regulations and building codes.
Collaborate with team members and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Roofing Installer in commercial and industrial settings.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, waterproofing techniques, and installation best practices.
Ability to work at heights and operate necessary equipment safely.
Familiarity with local building codes and government regulations pertaining to roofing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
