Sr. RTL Design Engineer - PCIe/CXL
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. RTL Design Engineer with expertise in PCIe and RTL design to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance RTL solutions for advanced communication protocols, specifically focusing on PCIe and CXL. This role is essential for driving innovation in our product line and ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RTL code for PCIe and CXL protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project specifications and requirements.
- Perform thorough verification of RTL designs using System Verilog and Verilog methodologies.
- Contribute to block design and block synthesis, ensuring adherence to design specifications and performance metrics.
- Assist in debugging and resolving design issues during the development and testing phases.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to PCIe, CXL, and Ethernet.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (Master's or PhD preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in RTL design with a focus on PCIe and/or CXL protocols.
- Proficient in Verilog and System Verilog.
- Experience with RTL design tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles and practices.
