Salary: 100k-$150k + bonus

What You Will Be Doing

The Project Manager is the leader and manager of their respective projects and teams, including field and project management staff, to provide oversight for all phases of the construction project to ensure work is proceeding on schedule and within budget
This individual will delegate project management operations as well as more day-to-day functions to other project team members while maintaining overall responsibility for the success of the project

What You Need for this Position

Must have experience in a wide range of Education, Industrial, Multi-family, and Healthcare construction projects.
Demonstrated experience in base-building
Direct Reports: Assistant Project Manager and/or Project Engineer
Monitor all construction documents for appropriate construction details, completeness of information, potential design deficiencies, code violations, constructability, etc
Work with subcontractors, suppliers, utilities, and city inspectors, and organize and direct activities concerned with their construction projects.
