Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects in the commercial hospitality sector, including hotels and resorts. The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, while managing project teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and construction workers.
Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and schedules, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically in commercial hospitality projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
