Founded in New York City, over 70 years ago we have a strong reputation of managing some of the most complex construction projects across the tr-state. Our success in client delivery begins with understanding our client's goals and main points of focus. We offer a suite of services including, construction management, design build, general contracting, and fee development. Our team is growing and we're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor management.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure project alignment and address any issues.
Monitor project progress and performance, conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress updates.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in Design Build, Industrial, Multifamily, School Construction, Retail, or Self-storage is a plus.
