We are looking for a talented Tax Manager with a CPA to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing clients tax compliance, planning, and research. You must be an experienced tax professional with a strong foundation in tax compliance.

Position Overview: As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for supervising multiple engagements and ensuring that all engagements meet firm deadlines. You should have the ability to review clients financial statements to identify discrepancies, provide recommendations to improve tax positions, and manage audits. Additionally, you will be responsible for training junior staff, providing support to clients, and researching tax issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage clients tax compliance, planning, and research.
Review clients financial statements to identify discrepancies.
Provide recommendations to improve clients tax positions.
Manage audit engagements.
Train junior staff.
Provide support to clients.
Research and advise on tax issues.

Qualifications:

CPA certification required.
5+ years of experience in tax compliance.
Strong foundation in tax compliance.
Excellent research, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple engagements.
Nice to have: Knowledge of tax software.
