Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality tax services to our clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and maximizing their financial outcomes. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients including individuals and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review various tax returns including 1040, 1120, and 1120S forms.
Conduct thorough tax research to provide effective solutions and advice to clients.
Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and educate them on tax matters.
Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations for C-Corp, S-Corp, and Partnership entities.
Mentor and train junior staff members in tax preparation and compliance processes.
Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax services.
Strong understanding of tax compliance and planning for various entity types (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership).
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
