Position Overview

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, ensuring schedule targets and budgets are achieved. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget, while also managing stakeholder expectations and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and deliverables.
Coordinate with technical teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Develop project schedules using MS Project and track progress against milestones.
Facilitate meetings and maintain clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
Utilize VAEP, PNR, and ECR methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure project adheres to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of Aerospace Industry.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in production- manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of project management tools, particularly MS Project.
Experience with VAEP, PNR, and ECR methodologies is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
