Our client, a well-respected law firm in Southeastern Pennsylvania, is looking for a committed Associate Attorney to join its esteemed Orphan's Court Litigation team. This role offers an exciting chance for a skilled attorney to grow their prestigious practice in the Trusts & Estates field and make a significant impact in legal proceedings.
What We Offer:
Role Overview: As an Associate Attorney in Orphan's Court Litigation, you will represent clients in issues related to contested estates, guardianship proceedings, and trust administration. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents like petitions, motions, and briefs for Orphan's Court cases. You will also provide legal advice on Trusts & Estates matters, such as drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and estate plans. Additionally, you will work with partners and clients to devise effective legal strategies, attend court hearings and trials, and manage depositions when required. You will handle discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations, ensuring thorough case preparation and pursuit.
Strong time management and communication skills are crucial as you interact with team members and clients, contributing to the firm's continued success.
